It feels so good to be back doing strength and conditioning! I missed this so much. Thankfully through physical therapy I’m back doing workouts like I used to and can plan workouts for the teams I used to work with.
I had my first workout with the softball team today. I’ve been working with men’s basketball for over a month now. And working with the teams has made me feel so good and given me such confidence in just how far I’ve come since my brain tumor last spring.
I’m enjoying the planning, the agility stations, the ladders, the HIIT exercises. It’s so good to be back!
